Had a small axle failure on the way to WA from KY. We called around, and all local shops were also quite helpful and landed on Badlands Trailers. It was super close to closing, and 2 of the guys, Lee and DJ, wanted to help us get back on the road. (Currently sitting at a restaurant waiting to pick it up) In a situation like this, it would have been easy for them to say that the axle was not repairable and had us purchase a new one. These guys are super honest. They said it was fine, and all we needed was a new hub assembly, wheel, and tire. These guys [Lee (owner) and DJ (Technician)] are fantastic!  We were on a 6000 mile road trip and down to the last 2000 miles when we discovered we had a bent axle on our camper.  We got to their shop 5 minutes before closing and they stayed over to understand our problem.  After understanding our problem and knowing we were in the middle of a trip, they said to bring it in the next morning and they would work us in.   Not only are they fantastic folks they have a fantastic shop and facilities with a lot of capabilities.  They didn't have a tire our size, so they gave us a recommendation as to where to get one.  Once we returned with the tire (20 minutes later) they had already worked us in and were working on the camper.  The whole camper was up in the air (see photo), and they were taking measurements and afterward made the necessary adjustments to repair the axle to bring it back into specifications.  Within three hours we received a call the job was complete.  We completed our trip without missing a day on our itinerary and they turned our trip from what could have been a major problem and inconvenience to a small bump in the road. Wow! What amazing service, broke down on the way home from a hunting trip to Wyoming, pulled in this morning and they backed us right in, replaced springs on front axle of the trailer. In and out in 2.5 hours, reasonable and fast service. Thank you Badlands Trailers! 5 stars!!!!

Traveling through North Dakota with brakes grinding. We called many places of which none could schedule to repair us sooner than 2 weeks. Badlands Trailers were able to rearrange their schedule understanding we needed to get back on the road.  They fixed all 4 brake assembles in the same day before 5 pm!
